Brief overview of racing experience.

20 years working in racing industry including stud work in UK and Kentucky. Completed FDA in Horseracing Industry: Business, Management and Practice. Shortlisted GSSSA Leadership Award. Have worked in both jump and flats yards up to management level, now work as RSDP Coordinator and senior coach.

Key or favourite moment in racing.

Being introduced to RSDP and coaching. Leading into the winners enclosure, having placed horses and winners at Cheltenham Festival, Aintree National Festival and Chester’s May Festival

Why do you love coaching?

I love helping people, imparting my knowledge and experience to make people’s lives easier and more satisfied. Building trust and rapport, getting updates from people I have helped and developing junior coaches is very rewarding.
