30 years in racing including Apprentice to Ian Balding. Head Girl/ travelling head girl to Andrew Balding. 2.5 years Roving Tutor for NHC. Currently in-house coach for Andrew Balding, yard safeguarding officer and work rider.

Why do you love coaching

Watching riders improve in confidence and start to achieve their goals. The feel of giving something back to a sport that has been very good to me and being able to use the skills I have learnt to help others.

The fitter you are the easier it becomes.
