The Level 3 Award in Workforce Mentoring is a nationally recognised qualification designed specifically for individuals who mentor in the workplace. It is available to anyone working within the Racing and Thoroughbred industries, regardless of role or vocational area. This qualification gives those who are already informally mentoring the opportunity to gain formal recognition and build on their existing experience, while also enabling those who wish to support and mentor their team to upskill, develop new knowledge, and build confidence in their mentoring practice.
The course is delivered through a blended learning approach, with tailored support throughout. Day 1 is delivered face to face, with the remaining training completed online and accessible via a phone, tablet, or PC, allowing learners to study flexibly around work commitments.
